2023-07-03: keeping up, keeping busy

at the tail end of a long weekend. saturday: had some people over for a bbq, and canada day activities, staying up for the fireworks; the next day, sunday dinner with friends; today, an escape room with a couple other friends. our perfect record died last time, as we failed to escape in time. tackled a long room with a small group. we knew it'd be tough. hopefully we get out with time to spare and start another long streak today.

blessed for these friendships, for simple things like shared meals, a few beers, escape.
