2024-04-01: playdate

the puppy play date went so well. after some initial wild, excited barking/sussing out, the two of them were fast friends, roaming the back yard together, chasing each other — & my older guy, almost 13, was at the back door, wanting out, so i carefully brought him down to meet my friend's dog, and the three of them had a group sniff and then ran off together around the yard. my heart is full.
