2026-06-16: little health things
- i threw out my back last month (tweaked while lifting)
- it's almost back to normal
- saw my physio, added some yoga stretches to my usual routine
- (no pills for the last couple weeks!)
- i started running a couple weeks ago
- the old dog's keeping up
- 14 and still pulling at his leash <3
- i'm trying to do 10k steps a day
- i've mostly been succeeding
- usually this means 2 walks/day for the dogs
- i'd like to lose 15 lbs by the end of september
- i've already lost 4
- i know it's déclassé to think this way
- about weight, & numbers, i mean
- too many friends with too many eating disorders, growing up
- but i do love my body
- & it's a truth that running's easier when you're skinnier
- so i'm trying to get there
- slowly, but that's good
